Customer Service Representative

The customer service representative is the client’s first contact when calling or visiting the practice and must represent the professional image of the practice at all times. The customer service representative answers telephones, greets clients, prepares patient paperwork, gets weights on pets, escorts patients to kennels, receives and relays client correspondence to/from other practices and specialty practices.

Groomer

Our groomers are an important member of the pet’s healthcare team. Groomers will shampoo, brush, trim and shape fur; trim nails; and provide other grooming services for dogs and cats. They will know the grooming standards for all breeds of dogs, as well as understand basic small-animal anatomy and know how to notice changes in a pet’s behavior or physical appearance that may lead to a health concern. Groomers work as a commission based team member.
