COVID-19 Updates

We are still offering the option of low-contact door drop-off/pick-up for your pet’s appointment.

Please let us know at the time you schedule your pet’s appointment if you would prefer to drop your pet off at the door.

We have a few requests for the health and safety of everyone in the building:

RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE ILL

If you have any symptoms that may be related to COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 2 weeks, please reschedule your pet’s appointment.

WEAR A MASK IF YOU ARE NOT VACCINATED

If you forget to bring a mask, one will be provided for you free of charge.

ONE CLIENT/PERSON PER APPOINTMENT

We ask that any extra people you bring along wait in the car or outside.
Please leave any pets without an appointment at home.

MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING

Please maintain a distance of 6 feet (2 arm's lengths) from other people whenever possible.
If there are 2 clients waiting ahead of you in the lobby, please remain outside until the area clears.

Please let us know if you would prefer our team members wear a mask while interacting with you during your pet’s visit.

The majority of our team members are fully vaccinated. We still welcome and encourage anyone entering our buildings to wear a mask for your own health, safety, and comfort. Please let us know if you would prefer our team members wear a mask while interacting with you during your pet’s visit.

We’ll make sure we have a groomer available and prepare for your arrival.
